Bobby Bowick is a 1995 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a former Air Force Officer, reaching the rank of Captain. Bobby earned both academic and athletic scholarships to attend the Air Force Academy, where he graduated with degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering and played Center on the varsity football team. While serving our country, Bobby attended law school in the evenings and earned his law degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. During his service, Bobby was selected to serve as a White House intern in President Clinton’s administration.
Bobby has extensive experience in intellectual property and business tort litigation in the Federal District Courts, Texas and Louisiana State Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as all aspects of practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Bobby is heavily engaged in matters involving complex oilfield technologies. Bobby uses his extensive oilfield industry and engineering knowledge to represent our clients in landmark litigation involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other complex business and technology litigation. He is a master strategist with an artful skill of explaining complex technical and legal concepts to judges and juries.
Bobby was part of a team that represented Michael Jackson in a commercial litigation matter.
