Brad is a civil trial lawyer and licensed patent attorney, who handles high-stakes litigation for clients ranging from fortune 500 companies to individuals. Brad knows courtroom success starts with understanding his clients’ needs and ends by using the law to make sure those needs are met. Brad understands the importance of each case to his clients, which is why he approaches every case with the same intensity and integrity that has served him–and his clients–so well for so long. Brad hates to lose. And his courtroom record proves it.

Brad’s victories include bet the company patent infringement cases, complex commercial disputes, and suits to protect the rights of individuals. Brad’s recoveries for his clients have been substantial, and he has defeated claims in some of the most plaintiff-friendly venues in Texas. Brad’s victories have been recognized locally and nationally in the Houston Chronicle, Texas Lawyer, Law 360, and Verdict Search.

Brad grew up in Mississippi where he was taught the importance of honesty and helping those in need–two values that still guide him today. Brad graduated, with honors, from the University of Mississippi, earning a chemical engineering degree and juris doctorate.
